Wendy Weilbacher is both a CA attorney and a Managing Broker for Windermere Real Estate, WA. 

The passion for the law and real estate was the goal from the start. She started drawing blueprints in Kindergarten and in 2nd grade entered a county competition beating high school students. She was recognized by Realtors Association of Riverside County, CA  receiving a scholarship. in 1989 she started a small business photographing homes for agents and producing marketing materials. While other kids had a lemonade stand Wendy was already creating a name for herself in the real estate community.

Thus, Real Estate isn't a career she fell into it has been a life passion. 

In the 1990s Wendy worked in real estate while attending the University of California, Davis. She purchased her first investment property at 20.

Earning a B.S. in Environmental Design with an Emphasis in Architecture provides relevant knowledge in distinguishing key property features, building skill, and accurate property evaluation by taking into account functional obsolescence, remodeling feasibility, and highlighting unique property features. In 2002, she participated in an Architecture Study Abroad program in Sienna, Italy.

Her second degree, B.A. English, honed her reading and writing skills preparing for law school. Her advanced language skills has allows her to speak articulately and market luxury properties with ease. 

Wendy worked in global sales and marketing for luxury brands in Pebble Beach and Carmel, CA. She helped private HNW clients as an exclusive ASID Interior Designer, Fine Jewelry and Timepiece sales and marketing, and marketing coordinator for luxury car shows in Monterey County.  

However, frustrations with permitting in land use, zoning, and local laws affecting property interests prompted her to pause her interior design career pivoting back to the Law to better represent her clients. The region would have been easier to acquire a residential helicopter pad then a permit to add an additional bathroom in Monterey County. 

She graduated top 1% of her class. She was top of her class in Real Property, Land Use, Community Property, Criminal Law, Evidence, and Criminal Procedure. She graduated law school in 2013. 

Wendy Weilbacher lives in WA with 2 kids. When she is not helping WA real estate clients she assists national and international clients with contract reviews through her CA Law Firm remote. 

Wendy Weilbacher has been a top producing agent in King and Snohomish County for 11 years. She was promoted to Windermere Luxury Premier Director in 2020.
